Supported living
We want to support people with disabilities to live as independently as possible. There are schemes that have been developed that offer a range of support and accommodation. Find out more about supported living and other housing options available for adults.
Shared Lives
Shared Lives South West is an organisation that can provide help with finding somewhere to live. Accommodation, care and support is provided in the ordinary family homes of specially selected Shared Lives carers. Long-term support is available as well as short breaks and day support. An easy read guide to the services provided by Shared Lives South West can be found here.
