We welcome your comments, complaints and compliments to help us improve our services and put things right if they go wrong.
To leave feedback about a service you, or an adult you know, is receiving:

- Download a copy of our leaflet which includes a feedback form for you to print out. There is also a large print form, an easy read factsheet and easy read feedback form. Fill in the form and return to Freepost DCC Customer Relations (this is the full address and no stamp is needed) or you can hand it to a member of staff
