- Thomas Pocklington Trust is a national charity which supports blind and partially sighted people with a focus on Education, Employment and Engagement.
- Guidedogs provide information and advice for those living with sight loss.
- The Royal Society for Blind Children offers a range of services including emotional support and practical advice for families and children and young people.
- Positive Eye offers a range of services with a unique and practical approach.
- VICTA – a UK based Charity that helps to empower blind children and young people. VICTA Parents page has lots of useful information help navigate life as parents of children who have a vision impairment.

- Newlife the charity for disabled children Newlife was founded 30 years ago to ensure that disabled and terminally ill children get the best possible start in life and have the opportunity to fulfil theory potential.
- MoorVision: MoorVision is a local charity that provides support, activities and shared experiences for families of children and young people (aged 0-29) with vision impairment, including those with additional needs, across Devon, Cornwall, Plymouth and Torbay.
- DIAS (Devon Information, Advice and Support): DIAS support children and young people with SEND, and their parents and carers. Their service is impartial and confidential.
