Autism Involvement Groups (AIG)

Purpose of committee

The Autism Involvement Group (AIG) is a small forum for people with autism established to enable regular discussion of the implementation of Devon County Council and Torbay Council’s local Autism Strategy. Membership has been determined to give as many different perspectives on autism and includes people from different ages and parts of the county, along with relevant carers. Issues are referred to the AIG from the Autism Board.

AIG enabled people with autism and their carers to influence the DCC Autism Self Assessment – Assessment Framework Exercise
