We aim to support people to live the lives they want, in the places they call home, with the people and things that matter to them.
The framework is a document which gives our staff details about how we build high-quality, person centred adult social care.
Our framework will help us to ensure that care is safe, inclusive, and person-centred, while promoting independence and wellbeing.
By using this framework, we gain insight into what’s working well and where we can grow, helping us deliver even better support every day.
Why the framework matters
Quality assurance is about more than checking our work – it’s about building confidence, working together, and driving continuous improvement.
By listening to feedback, learning from experience, and celebrating success, we aim to deliver quality in every contact we have.
The framework was created in partnership with people receiving our support. It sets out how we measure, maintain, and improve the quality of our work. It helps us:
- identify and celebrate good practice
- ensure our staff have the knowledge and skills they need to provide you with the best possible experience
- support learning and development to help spread good practice
- identify improvements to make our work more person-centred and impactful
Ensuring we work in accordance with our standards and values

Our 10 practice standards determine what you can expect when our staff are working with you.
Our five values determine the way in which we work with you.
