Adult social care assurance

We use a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to demonstrate how we meet our adult social care duties. This includes performance, quality, risk management, stakeholder feedback, audits, and equalities.

These insights support our readiness for Care Quality Commission inspections, sector-led improvement, and both quarterly and annual reporting to the Council and the public.
