Problems using a pre-paid Devon Card

We wish to update you regarding the nationwide service disruption affecting the Devon Card system (Pre-paid card/PFS/EML). 

We have been informed by the supplier all access to accounts and funds are available for all accounts.

We have had confirmation from PFS that most items are now ‘functioning as normal’ with two remaining issues:

  • Viewing transaction history.
  • Devon’s ability to issue new cards.

Please note any cards that were due to expire in July or August were automatically re-ordered prior to the issues arising and you should have now received these cards, we have been assured that we will be able to re-order cards in time for the cards due to expire in September.

Due to the inability to access the accounts, we will not be undertaking any surplus unloads at present and we will pause this function until 1 September.
