Teacher Pay Ranges from 1 September 2025
The main pay range from 1 September 2024
A teacher on the main pay range must be paid such salary within the minimum and maximum of the main pay range set out below as the relevant body determines. At Annex 3, advisory pay points for the main pay range are set out to help support decisions about pay for teachers on the pay range. However, the advisory points are advisory and not mandatory and all decisions relating to pay progressions must continue to be based on performance. The main pay range for qualified teachers is:
