Headteachers, Deputy Heads, Executive Headteacher, Assistant Head and Leadership Non Teacher should be recorded as members of the Senior Leadership Team. School Business Professionals should also be recorded where they are formally recognised members of your school’s SLT.
A ‘Senior Leadership Team’ panel will be added to the employment details of a member of staff’s record;
