Mutual Fund 2025-26

The following tasks are due on or before 31st March 2025

All current Schools Mutual Fund members will be assumed to continue their existing memberships into 2025/26. For academy school members, please provide FTE data as requested below. Maintained school members are not required to complete this.

ACTION (Non-Maintained schools only): We will require all current Devon Non-Maintained (Academies/Free Schools) members to complete the online staffing form with your January 2024 Payroll data to allow a charge to be processed for the 2025-26 membership year: Non-Maintained Staffing Figures Form

Form to be completed by 31st March 2025 to enable your membership to continue.

Mutual Fund 2024-25

Schools will have now received payments relating to claims made during 2024-25, this includes both the initial 50% paid just after the claim is originally made, then the final portion of the claim at the end of the financial year.

Due to the significant number of claims received during 2024-25, it has been necessary to reduce the payment of the second half of the claim by 45%, providing a total claim amount paid to schools of approximately 82.5%.
