New Safeguarding Adult Concern Referral Form

Devon County Council and the Torbay and Devon Safeguarding Adults Partnership (TDSAP) are launching a new Safeguarding Adult Concern Referral Form on Monday 10 May. Public Health England and stakeholders have produced the toolkit to support care homes and commissioners to implement the NICE guideline (NG48): Oral health for adults in care homes.
