Life Planning Training Day

7 January 2020

Life planning is person centred planning and can be used with adults, young people or children. A Life Plan will contain all the information needed to commission the housing and support that a person will need to live a good life. This can either be through a personal budget or traditional commissioning. The Life Plan is an in-depth ‘service’ specification.
