The model safeguarding policies for group settings and childminders have been reviewed and updated. They can be downloaded from our website and adapted to meet the needs of your provision. 

The Ann Craft Trust has published ‘The Power of Language in Safeguarding Practice’ which discusses the use of language in safeguarding practice and how, consciously or unconsciously, it can exacerbate existing inequalities.

We have a new process for notifying providers of a conflict with regards to Early Years Funding.

Our Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm to provide guidance and support for providers in relation to Early Years Funding. We ask our customers to behave appropriately and treat our staff with courtesy and respect when in contact with us.
