• Parent Declaration Form

Many funded providers choose to use the Parents Declaration Form Template to collect the information from parents that they need to make a funding claim. If you use this template please check the refreshed version that we have produced. It is now fully accessible, meaning that anyone who may have had difficulty accessing the print on the old template should now find it much easier to read.

  • Childminder forums

These sessions are for childminders to meet representatives of the Early Years and Childcare Service to discuss current issues and receive support for learning and development, safeguarding and welfare. The fire safety team will be joining us for the October sessions.

  • Updates to Templates and Documents

You may be using templates and documents in regards to two year old funding, for example, the Parent Declaration form. We are working our way through these templates and other documents and also checking our website to ensure we are using the correct terminology.
