Updated: Covid Risk Assessment template and Public Health Guidance Toolkit

  Devon have put together this document to support the implementation of August 2021 guidance in schools, early years and outbreak control plans. It includes the PHE SWHPT Planning tool for Covid Outbreak management (referred to in the PHE webinars as the Contingency Plan checklist).
