Acceptable behaviour

Our Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm to provide guidance and support for providers in relation to Early Years Funding.

We occasionally receive calls from providers who need advice about certain situations and are unhappy with our responses. This can result in the customer becoming unpleasant, rude and abrupt with our staff. Such behaviour is regarded as unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We ask our customers to behave appropriately and treat our staff with courtesy and respect when in contact with us.
