This blog will be updated on a regular basis to notify schools of issues and important notifications that are happening in the here and now. This blog is not to replace the current Education & Finance website but is intended to work with the existing technology and improve the ability for two-way communications with schools to be done quickly and efficiently.
So why have a blog when you have a website?
One of the main issues that we have currently is the time it takes to get stuff live on the web in real-time. This blog will allow the Education & Finance team to post issues that schools are currently experiencing. This will help alleviate the number of phone calls and emails relating to an issue that we are already aware of and allow us more time to solve the issue in hand. You can of course post comments to us, where everyone can see and which we will respond to.
To subscribe to the blog and receive an email on any new post, simply enter your email address (to the right hand side of this screen called ‘Subscribe to updates’) and click on the ‘Subscribe’ button, you will be sent an email within a minute or two. When you have received the email, click on the link within the email to confirm the subscription and that’s it, you will now be notified of all future posts. However, you will not be notified of any comments to any postings, just new posts.
