General 20: Scheduled FINEST Server Works

From 16.00 on December 9th and all day on 10th December, FINEST will be unavailable – due to essential server works. Therefore, the Payments Helpdesk and Cashiers/Credit Management Teams will be unable to answer any queries during this time. Answerphones will be in operation and we anticipate being able to deal with your queries on Friday 11th.
Please also note that there will be no payment run on Thursday 10th.
