A reminder

It is a legal requirement that all contractors who supply the Council with labour services have their ‘employment status’ checked.

They will not be paid without a check, and a minority will need to have tax deducted by us.

Act now!

Don’t delay the check until the work is done – make sure you submit your check as soon as the contractor is engaged.
