Item Code 9174 has been allocated under the I18C CFR subheading, wording as below:
I18C – This includes any other grants specifically associated with catch-up activity related to coronavirus (COVID-19), such as Digital Education Platforms, the Recovery Premium, tutoring and summer schools.
