Schools Funding Arrangements 2024-25

In 2024-25, as in previous years, the local authority will continue to set a local schools’ funding formula, in consultation with its schools, under what is known as a ‘soft’ National Funding Formula (NFF).

In response to feedback receive from schools a much-reduced consultation document has been produced this year. The additional information is still available in the hyperlinks which will take you directly to the source information. We hope that this provides an improved experience for everyone taking part in this consultation.

In a change to previous years, we will hold 3 online drop-in sessions to give schools the opportunity to ask questions in place of the consultation events. There will not be a presentation as part of the drop-in sessions, so please ensure you read the documents below.
