The team have been advised that a number of transactions relating to grants have appeared today on the Power BI dashboard. There has been an internal exercise to transfer grant transactions to the correct Unit 4 account code and it was intended to suppress these transactions from being shown to schools, as schools do not need to take any action
The team are working to remove the transactions from the report, however, until this has been completed, please do not request journal transfer relating to the recent grant postings.
Schools can identify the transactions with the Transaction Number column in the reports as follows:
Transaction Numbers to ignore: 11011007, 11011011 and 11011013
- Shown in column 10 on the Finest Transaction Summary Report
- Shown in column 13 on the U4 Detailed Transaction Listing
The PE and Sports Grant transactions posted today are currently showing on item code 9389 in PowerBI, please do not request journal transfers for these transactions, we will resolve these.
