Closedown 2022/23: Upcoming Deadlines & EOY Adjustments Guidance

The Closedown 2022/23 Timetable is now live and can be accessed at Budgets, under ‘Year End Guidance’.

Please note some of the following spreadsheets and forms are not yet available for schools. Once they are available, an update will be provided via the Blog.

X-Back Adjustments – Provided via AnyComms as a pre-populated form (Sent to schools 03-03-2023)

The X-Back adjustment exercise will be carried out via AnyComms pre-populated form in the same way as last year. Full guidance is available at Budgets, under ‘Year End Guidance’ drop-down heading. If you have not received an AnyComms pre-populated form, please contact us via our mailbox: financeschools-mailbox@devon.gov.uk . Note that this task is to be completed by 5pm 20th March 2023

End of Year Adjustments – Provided via AnyComms as an Excel Spreadsheet (Not yet available to schools)

Deficit/Surplus Balance Reporting – Provided via AnyComms as a pre-populated form (Not yet available to schools)
