Devon County Council is required to report on the grants and contributions that it has received. For those grants that DCC receives and distributes centrally, we are able to do that on behalf of schools, but there are other grants and contributions where the information we have to provide is held by schools.
In order to collate this information, we will send a spreadsheet via out Anycomms with the following naming convention: 878****_SchoolName_GrantRet_YYPPDD_V*.xlsm.
We already sent one of these to you in March. It contained 11 months of data. The new one will contain the full 12 months of data, as well as any data you submitted to us on the previous return. If you haven’t submitted the previous return, please DO NOT submit it now. The most recent spreadsheet has everything on, including the information we sent to you in March. This is the only return we need.
We are only looking for grant details and if you do not receive a spreadsheet then we do not need anything from you.
The spreadsheet will include instructions for completion and needs to be returned by 24th April 2023 at the latest.
