Please be aware that there are a large number of deadlines for Devon maintained schools fall during this week relating to end of year closedown processes. 23rd March
- Invoicing – Last date for CT 10/3s to reach Revenue section for period 12 processing
- Banking – Last date for processing cheques into 2021/22
- Banking – Last date for banking cash income to appear in month 12

25th March
- A number of important tasks must be completed by this date
- X-Back Pay Creditors – AnyComms Pre-Populated forms must be submitted by 5pm, further guidance here under ‘Year End Guidance: School Budgets
- Mutual Fund – Deadline for claims relating to month of March
- Capital – Schools Leasing Review
- Capital – Debtor/Creditor information submitted
- Capital – Spend by Site details submitted
- Invoices – Internal Invoicing completed by 5pm
- C£ASS – Final scheduled transaction run for 2021/22
