Please ensure that Access Budgeting has been updated to reflect the Support Staff Pension rate change from 23.3% to 21.8% from 2023/24. To action this change, please click on ‘Scenario’ on the left hand menu, then select ‘Pay Related Factors’ under the heading of Data Settings.
The Support Staff Pension Rate will show as the option at the top, please click on the ‘Select’ drop down on the far right of this row, then choose ‘Edit’. You are now able to amend the pension rate.
