Budget Preparation 34: Rates for Maintained Schools 2022-23

Schools are required to add rates into their Access Budget plans in 2022-23 as billing authorities across Devon are continuing with the existing NNDR arrangements for April 2022.

This means schools must pay their business rates bill directly to the billing authority as per the previous year’s arrangements or as instructed on their rates bill for April 2022 to March 2023.
