Administration 88: Schools Mutual Fund – New Claim Form

The Mutual Fund Team have recently become aware that claim submissions are coming through to the team where both the staff name and certifier names are the same. The team have investigated and believe this to be an issue caused by the ‘Autofill’ facility often included with internet browsers.

Browsers will generally allow you to click just above or below the ‘Certified By’ field at the bottom of the Mutual Fund Claim Form to add your own name and email address into the appropriate boxes, however, this option appears to also amend the ‘Staff Details’ data already input within the claim itself.

Please be careful to double-check the ‘Staff Details’ are correct prior to final submission of the form.
