You may already be aware that the email encryption service commonly used by Devon County Council colleagues is transitioning to KnowBe4 following KnowBe4’s acquisition of Egress. This rebranding is being rolled out across webpages and communications over the coming months, so you may continue to see both the KnowBe4 and Egress names on encrypted emails and notifications until the transition is fully complete.
We would like to reassure school users that this is a legitimate change, and that our use of Egress products and services remains unchanged, with all functionalities, features, and security standards continuing as before.
