Administration 124: Grant Returns and Data Cleansing – Periods 1 to 10
Devon County Council is required to report on the grants and contributions that it has received. For those grants that DCC receives and distributes centrally, we are able to do that on behalf of schools, but there are other grants and contributions where the information we have to provide is held by schools.
In order to collate this information, we will send a spreadsheet via out Anycomms with the following naming convention: 878****_SchoolName_GrantRet_YYPPDD_V*.xlsm.
The spreadsheet also contains details of coding corrections that need to be completed via the online journal transfer system. Schools complete these corrections as a matter of course already, so this should be very familiar to you.
The spreadsheet will only contain data up to the end of period 10.
Please be aware that not all schools will have data on every tab and we only need a return submitted to us if you have data on the grants tab.
The spreadsheet will include instructions for completion and needs to be returned by the end of February 2024 at the latest.
