Further to the HR Payroll Newsflash released by HR regarding the Average Holiday Pay [AHP] exercise and changes and the useful Guidance which they have provided on the Support to Schools Payroll page, we are writing to advise you that you will have received details regarding the backpay costs and indicative costs looking forwards, at an individual school level, based upon the historic data that HR used. These details will be sent out using a pre-populated form on AnyComms and will not require a response from you.
We stress that the future costs are only indicative of those that the school might need to manage and are dependant upon many variables that HR cannot reasonably forecast with any great certainty. If you have any queries concerning the application of AHP please contact the HR team directly whilst your Financial Consultant will be able to assist with some strategies for mitigating future costs.
