We have been experiencing technical difficulties with school payments that we are working hard to resolve every day. Most payments have now gone through and to get you up to date with where we are we have added a section called Payments Batches on our Maintained School Data – Support for schools and settings page, the link below lists every payment batch received into the Hub up to the date and time shows at the top under “Last Updated”.
- Batches in red are being investigated
- Batches in status Warning have low level errors and should post
- If your batch was submitted more than 24 hours before the last updated date and time on the spreadsheet and your batch is not on there, we have not received your batch.
