You will need
- Resonance board
- Toy cars of various sizes
- Balls of different sizes and materials
What to do
- Model first – place a car on the board, and push towards the learner.
- Roll a single toy car or ball back and forth. Observe the sound and vibrations.
- Roll multiple toys simultaneously and compare the sounds.
- Try rolling different cars and balls along the board.
- Create obstacles or paths using chains or string etc. for the ball / car to follow.
- Experiment playing with different rolling items, singing songs and taking it in turns.

Leave them wanting more! To help future engagement, stop the activity after a short amount of time.
