Bilingual support
Bilingual support – this is usually support within the classroom, but on occasions can be 1-to-1 work outside the classroom or small group work. This can also be delivered online via Bilingual intervention. Our Bilingual support workers role is solely to support with language acquisition and the communication between the teacher, child and their peers. This supports the child’s language development as well as accessing the academic learning.
Bilingual support can be purchased in a 2hr or 3hr blocks, as well as 6hrs, which is usually delivered in two 3hr sessions. The 6hrs block is the most cost effective option.
If you require the Bilingual support worker to plan for 1-to-1 or small group work, this will be deducted from the time your purchase. For online Bilingual intervention if you purchase 6hrs you will receive 6hrs of delivery and these sessions are only suitable for Key stage 2 and up. We can provide online Bilingual intervention to children across the country.
All support must be delivered within the same financial year and the current costs are at the end of this page.
We can provide Bilingual support in the languages we have inhouse only, and subject to availability. To request bilingual support please use the booking form.
