As year end is almost upon us, can all schools ensure that they have cleared ledger code 9389 (Miscellaneous Income) to zero. This can be done by submitting a journal to an alternative code using the Schools Online Journal Transfer System. Once on the webpage, please navigate to the ‘School Journal Transfer System’ Tab.
We appreciate that the code is used for a variety of reasons, however, we must ask that schools check and clear balances to a more appropriate code. Please complete this task as soon as possible to ensure a zero balance prior to year end.
