General 122: Early Years Spring Term Funding


This is to advise that as per our normal payments to schools, the Spring Term payment will be made after the 31st March. However, it will be processed in the 2018/19 financial year so you will not need to adjust or accrue for any Early Years Income. Payments made will include Early Years Pupil Premium, Inclusion Funding and Disability Access Funding.

We aim to process this payment via the internal invoicing on Wednesday 3rd April 2019.

The Payment Breakdown Report will be available on the Provider Portal from w/c 11th March which will confirm funding due to the school based on the Spring Term Headcount Claim submitted in January. The final payment may differ slightly, if there are any changes to your funded claim in the Amendment Task.

To ensure these payments are made promptly, the Amendment Task must have been submitted by the 31st March deadline on the Provider Portal and any queries resolved before that date.
