We are aware that many of you are experiencing difficulties when trying to run trial balance comparison, with Power BI showing double values for a number of ledger codes and invoices. This then shows as significant variations to the values in Bromcom. We apologise for the additional stress and work that this is causing you, as we know the importance of you balancing to Unit 4 when trying to forecast an accurate position in your year end FRS reports.
The data for power BI comes from a data mart and this is duplicating rows. We are working to resolve this but after applying one fix the problem reoccurred and unfortunately finding a solution is taking more time than we would like. To prevent further issues we have paused the daily data extract until we can resolve the problem.
