DTSapps has now been updated to accept a £0.03 VAT variance instead of the previous £0.01, which should see fewer invoices held up due to VAT imbalances
VAT imbalances of more that £0.03 will still need to be resolved by the VAT team (vathelpdesk-mailbox@devon.gov.uk) on your behalf.
Just a reminder that any invoice sent to the VAT team to reclaim VAT needs to be paid in full. If your invoice is for £120 in total, made up of £100 of supply and £20 of VAT, please pay the full £120. The VAT team will do the required journals to remove the £20 from your code onto the VAT code.
