We have received feedback that it has become more difficult for schools to view descriptions for income received following the transition to the new financial systems. We understand that this makes the task of identifying income and reconciling more difficult. We have taken this feedback on board and are investigating if the format of the transactions can be altered to contain more information that will be relevant to schools. This will require significant global change over several systems and will require time to investigate but we will keep you up to date with any developments regarding this matter.
