It has been identified that unfortunately, a batch of duplicate cash adjustment notifications have been sent to schools on the 15th January 2025 at 11:39:40 and 11:41:54 in the morning, that relate to transactions that have already taken place during November 2024. The files sent in error will include the following in the filename ‘241127’ and are cash adjustment files.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this, the transactions have not been re-processed and the duplicate notifications can be ignored/deleted.
