Devon County Council is required to report on the grants and contributions that it has received. For those grants that DCC receives and distributes centrally, we are able to do that on behalf of schools, but there are other grants and contributions where the information we have to provide is held by schools.
In order to collate this information, we will send a spreadsheet via out Anycomms with the following naming convention: 878****_SchoolName_GrantRet_YYPPDD_V*.xlsm.
The spreadsheet also contains details of coding corrections that need to be completed via the online journal transfer system. Schools complete these corrections as a matter of course already, so this should be very familiar to you.
The spreadsheet will include instructions for completion and needs to be returned by the end of September 2023 at the latest.
The spreadsheet will only contain data up to the end of period 05.
