Phone landline services – message from Devon Procurement Services and ICT Commissioning
As at September 2019, Devon County Council’s contract for phone landline services has been transferred from Elite Group to Capita IT Services. The service you receive will be unaffected. You may well have started receiving invoices from Capita already. Please note the following contact details:
- For critical faults, ring the Capita Service Desk on 0844 225 2057. If not urgent, the Service Desk can be contacted by email on tsservicedesk@capita.co.uk.
- To order additional services, or cancel services, please call Capita on 0333 240 5774 or email nsprovisioning@capita.co.uk.
- If you have a query about the amount shown on a bill, in the first instance please contact the DCC Payments Helpdesk on 01392 383317 or 01392 382459, or email payments@devon.gov.uk.
