Access Budget Plans – Locked & Published within Access – Deadline has now passed
This is a reminder to Devon maintained schools that are yet to lock and publish their school budget plan in Access Education – Budgeting to please do so as soon as possible as the deadline for this task has now passed.
Thank you to those schools that have contacted us or have already locked and published a budget scenario, these submissions are being processed by the team.

FRS Monitoring Reports – Summer Term 2026
Following the recent changes to the coding structure within the Bromcom Finance system, a number of amendments have been required to the FRS Monitoring Report template hosted on our website.
As a result of these changes, the template was temporarily taken offline while updates were completed. An extension to the submission deadline has been approved, to compensate for the template downtime.
The Summer Term FRS Monitoring Report must now be submitted on or before 30 September 2026.
