Welcome back to a rather cold Spring term, a number of you have been in touch regarding duplicate entries on your suspense with the narrative PE Sports Grant funding, thank you for getting in touch about this. We have investigated this and identified the problem.
The data extract routine at DCC that sends data from Unit 4 to Power BI and schools has duplicated entries for the PE Sports Grant and you will have received two credits on finest codes 9056 and 9059.
We apologise for this and have made corrections to the data so that Power BI now reflects only one entry, on Finest code 9059.
Please delete from Bromcom suspense the entry on 9056 and process the entry on 9059 in the normal way, there is only one entry, and you haven’t received funding twice.
