Following the last update it has been confirmed that Unit4 has capacity to receive additional data for revenue transactions without disrupting existing processes. Work has subsequently been requested from HeyCentric to make an amendment to the data that is extracted from the system. The aim of the work is to import the payee name from the bank statement as well as the reference with the aim of making the transactions easier to identify. This additional field will only be available for transactions that appear after the work has been completed, it will not adjust any historical transactions. If additional information on past payments is required, please contact remittance advice – mailbox remittanceadvice-mailbox@devon.gov.uk. We will let you know as soon an update is available.
