The dates for final submission of SCRAPS Invoices from schools and petty cash submissions must be received by the following dates:
These dates have had to be brought forward by one day due to recent issues with system changes and to allow the team sufficient time to process transactions before closure of FINEST.
An extract from the tasks and deadlines document has been provided below with the revised dates.
| 25 Mar | Schools | SCRAPS*** – all submissions to be made by 4PM – errors may mean costs not posted to OLD YEAR if no contact at school. (Errors will occasionally flag for minor variations, E.g. address differences. Responses to resolve these errors will need to be received by this deadline) |
| 25 Mar | Schools | Petty Cash – Last day for Petty Cash to be reimbursed before end of term. Submit by 5PM. |
X-Back Pay – This task will shortly be ready for schools to complete. Schools will be sent proposed accrual submissions via AnyComms/Devon Transfer pre-populated form.
Year-End Adjustments Workbook – Schools have now received this workbook via AnyComms/Devon Transfer, if schools have not received this, please let us know via the mailbox: financeschools-mailbox@devon.gov.uk
