Pupil premium: allocations and conditions of grant 2024 to 2025 – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Delay in publishing the initial pupil premium allocations for 2024 to 2025 financial year.
The department has been made aware of a problem with its identification of reception aged pupils who qualify for pupil premium. This means it needs more time to ensure that the 2024 to 2025 pupil premium allocations are accurate and we will now publish the initial allocations week commencing 6 May 2024.
The conditions of grant and technical documents have been amended to reflect this.
Please be reassured that this will not impact the timeline for payments in June (for local authorities) and in July (for academies).
