A reminder to schools regarding the below message sent in October 2023.
An AnyComms pre-populated form has now been sent to all maintained schools in Devon to request information to help us to allocate Tax Free Childcare income to the correct schools. If you could please access AnyComms via your regular Devon Transfer login page and select ‘Pre-Populated Form’ from the menu on the left. You will see pending forms in this menu.
You will be able to add additional lines for each Tax Free Childcare reference you wish to submit to us.
Please ensure that you add the following information, to each line in the pre-populated form:
- School Name
- Tax Free Childcare Reference
- Manage/Fund Code
- Activity Code
- Date of transaction (if known)
Please submit this form by close of play on Friday 17th November to allow the team to accurately allocate funds to your school budget code
