During this busy, high pressured time please be vigilant of the following:
- Schools contacting the national curriculum assessments helpline by email must not include any pupil’s personal data. If your query is about a specific pupil, please phone the helpline on 03003033013 and you will only be asked to provide the information required to answer your query.
- The Data and Assessment team would like you to continue to use schooldataassessment@devon.gov.uk as the initial point of contact for queries. Please include your school’s DfE number and the key stage to which your query relates. Please do not include personal data related to the pupils in question. A member of the team will be in contact with guidance or further questions in order to ascertain the nature of your query.
- There were a few instances where mistakes were made with Devon secure transfer site/Anycomms+. Please make sure you read the guidance provided by Scomis carefully.
