Your school will need to check that the data submitted is correct in Perspective Lite. All head teachers should be able to access Perspective Lite. All you need to do is log in and click on LA Documents, select the year and select the Key Stage folder you wish to check. Once your data has been received and processed, we will make pupil list reports available in Perspective Lite for schools to check.

If you notice any errors you will need to resubmit a CTF with all the pupils included – please do not just send the amendment. Unfortunately, a new file overwrites the old file. Please let us know if you will be resubmitting and the name of the file we need to use for your school.
